Cordon Bleu Paninis

An easy throw-together-main course!

Rebellyous Cordon Bleu Paninis

  • 1 8.5 ounce package of Rebellyous Plant-Based Patties
  • 6 tbs vegan margarine or butter
  • 6 slices of sourdough bread or ciabatta rolls sliced in half
  • 3 tbs dijon mustard
  • 6 slices vegan cheese
  • 6 slices vegan deli slices


  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat oven to 425℉. Place frozen patties on the baking sheet and bake for 7 minutes. Set aside to allow patties to cool. Preheat panini press to high.
  • Spread margarine or butter on top and bottom of each slice of bread. Spread a tablespoon of mustard on the inside of a slice of bread, then layer a slice of cheese, a Rebellyous patty, another slice of cheese, and two deli slices. Each panini should have one Rebellyous patty, two slices of cheese and two slices of vegan deli meat. Add the top slice of bread and transfer to the panini press.
  • Close the panini press and grill until the sandwich is golden and the cheese is melted, about 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
