In a skillet or large heavy-bottom pot, heat oil over medium heat. Add Rebellyous patties and cook just until lightly golden on each side. Remove from pan and set aside.
Using the same skillet or pot, add onion and red bell pepper. Cook until tender and onions are translucent, about 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add garlic and cook for 2 more minutes
Add white wine and stir then add vegetable broth and capers. Next, add diced tomatoes with juice. Stir well. Add basil, oregano, salt, and pepper, and stir.
Turn heat down to medium-low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes
Add Rebellyous patties to cacciatore and simmer for 5 more minutes, uncovered. Serve as is or over pasta. Enjoy!
