Rebellyous Foods “Feeding the Future, One School at a Time” Giveaway

Eligibility: Participation in the Rebellyous Foods “Feeding the Future, One School at a Time” giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open only to those who enter as set forth in the section “How to Enter.” Entrants must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. The Giveaway is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States. Employees of Rebellyous Foods (“Rebellyous Foods” or “Sponsor”), its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and any and all other companies associated with the design or execution of the Giveaway (collectively the “Giveaway Parties”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of any Giveaway Party are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.

Sponsorship. The Giveaway sponsor is Seattle Food Tech, Inc., DBA Rebellyous Foods, Rebellyous Foods is located at 4600 37th Avenue SouthWest, Seattle. Sponsors and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, judging or fulfillment of the Giveaway, including without limitation, the immediate family members of such individuals, are not eligible to participate. Sponsors will conduct the Giveaway substantially as described in these Official Rules.

Entry Period. This Sweepstakes begins on August 8, 2023, at 12:01 AM PST and ends on September 1, 2023, at 11:59 PM PST (“Entry Period”).

How to Enter.  During the Entry Period, visit the Giveaway posts located on Sponsors’ Instagram page https://www.instagram.com/rebellyous/, and follow the instructions to enter. (NOTE: You must complete all requirements in the posts to be eligible). You must be the owner of the account associated with the Instagram account from which your entry is made. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. You understand you are providing your information to Sponsor and not to Instagram. All entries become the property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned.

Limitations on Entries. NO LIMIT ON ENTRY PER PERSON PER SPONSOR POST. No third-party entry or entry through any sweepstakes service is permitted. Any person who attempts or otherwise encourages the entry of false contact information under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter or encourage false entries, as determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified. Use of robotic entry devices is strictly prohibited.

Grand Prize. Four (4) Grand Prizes will be awarded, which consist of: 

• Rebellyous Foods Merch Bundle
• Rebellyous Foods frozen nuggets, patties and tenders

Approximate retail value of one (1) Grand Prize is $25 USD. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of Grand Prize will not be awarded. 

Drawing. Winners will be selected in random drawings every Friday from among all eligible entries collected during the Entry Period taking place on or about August 11, 2023, August 18, 2023, August 25, 2023, and September 1, 2023. The drawing will be conducted by Rebellyous Foods, whose decisions and interpretations on all matters relating to the Giveaway and these Official Rules are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner and may refuse to award a prize to a person who is not eligible or has violated a rule, gained unfair advantage in the Giveaway, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means. If there is a dispute about the identity of an entrant, Grand Prize will be awarded to the natural person to whom the email address is assigned by the internet service provider responsible for the domain associated with the submitted email address. If winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with Giveaway rules, winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be awarded Grand Prize in a separate random drawing. Winner will be notified by Instagram direct message from Rebellyous Foods’ Instagram account. Inability of Sponsor to contact winner by Instagram direct message within seventy-two (72) hours after selection, may result in the disqualification of the winner and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing at Sponsor’s discretion. Grand Prizes will be shipped to winners within fourteen (14) days after they have been notified and accepted the Grand Prize. If a shipping address is not provided, then Grand Prize will be forfeited. 

Odds. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received, according to the eligibility requirements in the Giveaway.

WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER WITH OR VANDALIZE ANY SPONSOR-OWNED WEBSITE OR MOBILE APPLICATION OR RELATED SOCIAL NETWORKING SITE, THE ENTRY PROCESS, OR OTHERWISE INTERFERE WITH OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY, MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

General Terms. By entering this Giveaway, you promise to abide by the Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, disqualify or withdraw any entry at any time. Sponsor will not be responsible for any injury, damage or loss of any kind arising out of your participation in the Sweepstakes. YOU AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSORS, THEIR AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS AND ASSIGNS FROM AND AGAINST ANY OR ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, INJURIES, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting Grand Prize, winner grants Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use winner’s name, photograph, voice, and/or likeness without further authorization, compensation, or remuneration of any kind for advertising, promotion and other publicity purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world.

Winner’s Name. The name of the winner is available only within one (1) week after the close of the Giveaway. To receive the name of the winners, where permitted by law, or a printed copy of the Giveaway Official Rules, please contact Revolution PR by email at rebellyous@revolutionpr.com.
