After more than three years of equipment development, Rebellyous Foods has produced the first restaurant-quality plant-based chicken nuggets using its patented novel production system, the Mock 1S. The inaugural nuggets are the first of millions that will allow the company to out-compete animal-based nuggets on quality and price.
